Also found to be a mighty cholesterol fighting element, chromium has far-reaching health benefits for staving off heart disease, as does chitosan (Press 1990). Moreover, recent studies illustrate chromium's ability to not only affect substantial weight loss, but also to stimulate insulin secretion, which could benefit people with hypoglycemia as well (McCarty 1996).

If you decide to give up the deprivation and all the other horrors that have put you in dieting "hell" and simply take chitosan and chromium, you should also take vitamin B6 to avoid being malnourished.
