Directions for Daily Adult Use:
Do not exceed recommended serving per day. For optimum results take 4 to 6
capsules daily until desired results are achieved. After this period, take
2 to 4 capsules daily. Best taken with a meal. (See Caution). Always

Caution:
Some herbs in this dietary supplement may cause stomach upset in persons
with sensitive stomachs, Yucca has been known to have a mild laxative
